i've been listening to this album for more than a month now and quite simply, its pretty fucking amazing. i must admit it wasn't an album i immediately warmed up to, but i forced myself to keep listening to it purely because its the friendly fires and they make great music.
when you listen to this album and you have given it enough time to understand it, it gives you a smug sensation that you have uncovered something truly brilliant. this album is too abstract to ever make it into the hands of gaga fans, instead you will be lured into this masterpiece while the mainstream remains oblivious to its brilliance.
